Shipping Policy

Medical Corporation (Thailand) Limited

1. Shipping Responsibility

The Company provides shipping on behalf of customers through third-party logistics providers
(e.g., Thailand Post, Kerry, Flash Express, DHL, etc.). Once the shipment is handed over to the shipping
company, our responsibility is considered complete. The Company is not liable for any
loss, delay, or damage occurring during transit.

2. Loss or Damage in Transit

In the event of damage or loss during shipping, the Company will assist the customer in initiating
a claim with the respective shipping provider, in accordance with that provider’s claim process and terms.

The Company will provide necessary supporting documents and guidance; however, the final decision regarding compensation
lies solely with the shipping company
, and the Company cannot guarantee the outcome.

3. Limited Liability

The Company does not have any control over third-party logistics providers and cannot change, hold,
reroute, or cancel
shipments once they have been dispatched.

Any claims, disputes, or concerns after dispatch must be addressed directly to the shipping carrier, with our support
where applicable.

4. Damage Inside Customer Premises

The Company will not be held responsible for any damage occurring after delivery, including damage caused
within the customer’s premises or by pets, storage conditions, or improper handling
post-delivery.

5. Completion of Obligation

In compliance with relevant Thai commercial laws, including the Civil and Commercial Code, the Company’s obligation
is fulfilled once the package is shipped and a tracking number is provided to the customer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees and acknowledges this Shipping Policy.
