Delivery Policy

At Medisafe Pharmacy, we ensure that every order is packed carefully and handed over to the selected delivery partner in proper condition. Please read our delivery terms carefully.

1. Custody of Shipment

Medisafe Pharmacy acts as a custodian of the goods only until the shipment is officially handed over to the delivery partner (such as Grab, Thailand Post, or other shipping providers).

Once the shipment is handed over:

  • The delivery partner becomes responsible for transport
  • The customer becomes the custodian of the shipment
  • Responsibility transfers at the time of handover
We do not control the transportation process after dispatch.

2. No Insurance Coverage

  • We do not provide shipment insurance unless specifically agreed in writing before dispatch.
  • Orders are shipped at the customer's risk.
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay during transit.
  • If insurance is required, customers must inform us before shipping so separate arrangements can be discussed.

3. Transit Damage or Delay

While we pack items carefully, we cannot be held responsible for:

  • Damage occurring during transportation
  • Delays caused by delivery partners
  • Mishandling by third-party logistics providers
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
  • Any indirect or consequential loss due to delivery delay
Any claims regarding transit issues must be directed to the delivery service provider.

4. Documentation Support

We provide:

  • Invoice copies
  • Shipment confirmation
  • Tracking number (where applicable)
  • Basic assistance in English or Thai

However:

  • We do not provide legal representation.
  • We do not assume liability for carrier disputes.
  • We cannot compensate for damages caused during transit.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to:

  • Provide correct delivery details
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment
  • Inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery
  • Report visible damage directly to the carrier at the time of receipt
Failure to raise issues with the delivery partner at the time of delivery may limit claim options.
